Winds cut power to more than 8,000 in Cattaraugus County

LITTLE VALLEY — More than 8,200 homes and businesses across Cattaraugus County lost power from high winds during Tuesday’s storm, with nearly 2,000 homes still dark by mid-day Thursday.
