John P. Kellogg Sr.
SEBRING, Fla. — John P. Kellogg Sr., of Sebring, and formerly of Shinglehouse, Pa., passed away Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2025, into the arms of his Savior, Jesus Christ whom he served faithfully.
John was born Sept. 20, 1942 in Olean, N.Y., to Glenn and Grace Kellogg, who preceded him in death. A sister, Nancy Kay, also preceded him in death.
John continued his God-given ability of hard work to the end of his life being a shining example to all who knew him.
John enjoyed hunting and working on his family farm that he grew up on while also dedicating 40 years of service to United Airlines.
John is survived by his wife, Carolyn; two children, Sherrie (Frank) Villani and John Paul (Cristy) Jr.; three brothers, Lee (Diane), Jerry and Billy (Darlene); two sisters, Donna (John) Itterly and Jody (Jim) Clark; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
There will be a “Celebration of Life” this summer at his family homestead in Shinglehouse.
The family is asking that you may make a donation to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in memory of John.
