The CCAA 1 named their softball all stars with Olean’s Emma Edwards, Anna Bates and Riley Sudbrook being named first team players.
Edwards accumulated 90 strikeouts from the circle and hit .561 from the plate. Bates was the catcher and hit .484 with 24 RBIs. Sudbrook held a .587 batting average.
Allison Anastasia, Ava Finch and Mia Jones each were second team all stars while Alaina Hirliman got an honorable mention.
Olean finished second with a 10-2 record.
Allegany-Limestone’s Kailey Truman and Abby Peck each were on the first team for the third place Gators. As the primary pitcher, Truman struck out 189 batters while hitting .467, Peck hit .389 with 13 RBIs.
Summer Rhow and Kennedy Honeck were the Gators’ second team picks with three others earning honorable mentions (Peyton Truman, Mya Hayes, Kendall Lemon).
Salamanca’s Kenzie Crouse was the lone Warrior that made the first team with a .342 average, her teammate Skyla Dowdy made the second team. Charli Ross and Jaelynne Brown were honorable mentions.
12-0 league champion Fredonia had four first team selections that are all set to return next season after either their freshman or sophomore seasons in 2025, giving them another oppurtunity to make a strong run next year.
