Police Reports 2/3/17: Belfast man faces 2 felony drug charges

WELLSVILLE — A Belfast man was charged Tuesday with illegal narcotics possession and sales of heroin in the village of Cuba, the Allegany County Sheriff ‘s Office reported Thursday.
