PUBLIC HEARING

ON LOCAL LAW

4-2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Franklinville shall hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 following Regular Town Board Meeting at the Town Hall, 11 Park Square, Franklinville, NY on proposed Local Law 4-2025, entitled a local law “A LOCAL LAW PROHIBITING THE INSTALLATION, ESTABLISHMENT, CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION OR ENLARGEMENT OF TIER 2 BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS AND REGULATING TIER 1 ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS WITHIN THE TOWN OF FRANKLINVILLE;”.

The public hearing shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of public hearing as adopted by the Town Board. All persons wishing to be heard on proposed local law 4-2025 shall present themselves at such published time and place.

Copies of complete text of the proposed local law 4-2025 are available in the Town Clerk’s office during normal business hours.
