Water/Wastewater Maintenance Worker

The Town of Caneadea Department of Public Works is hiring a person for its Water and Wastewater Departments as a Maintenance Worker/Operator Trainee. The candidate will have basic mechanical aptitude and a valid NYS Drivers license. Water/sewer related construction, machinery operation and municipal water/sewer plant experience helpful but not required. The position involves various job duties with extensive outdoor work, as well as working every other weekend, holidays and overtime as needed. May also be required to obtain a CDL driver’s license.
