NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Allen at the Town Hall building located at 4949 Klein Rd, Allen, NY at 7:00pm on June 10, 2025, concerning Local Law 1 of 2025, entitled " A Local Law Increasing the Term of Office of the Elected Town Clerk/ Tax Collector from Two Years to Four Years" and Local Law 2 of 2025, entitled " A Local Law Increasing the Term of Office of the Elected Town Supervisor from Two Years to Four Years" Hearing for Local Law 2 of 2025 to be held immediately following the previous

hearing.
