Proposed Local Law

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Allen at the Town Hall building located at 4949 Klein Rd, Allen, NY at 7:00pm on July 8, 2025, concerning Local Law 3 of 2025, entitled " A Local Law Imposing A Six – Month Moratorium on Commercial Solar Energy Systems, Energy Storage Systems, and Wind Generation Systems within the Town of Allen.
