REQUEST FOR BID

The City of Olean, New York, is soliciting sealed bids for the full renovation of the Municipal Building’s elevator. Bids will be received at the Department of Public Works’ (DPW) Office, 101 East State Street, Room 206, Olean, NY, until 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 25, 2025.

Bids must be submitted on the provided Bid Form. Each bid submitted shall be in a sealed envelope marked on the outside with:

"BID FOR THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING

ELEVATOR FULL RENOVATION”

Only bids from those who have received the project information directly from the City’s DPW, or who are registered as plan holders from the New York State Contract Reporter, will be considered responsive.

The City of Olean reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or informalities, or to re-advertise for bids if such action is in the best interest of the City of Olean.
