PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process-Public Participation in accordance with the FCC’s Nationwide Programmatic Agreement. The Towers, LLC intends to construct a communications facility at 10703 Tug Hill Rd (0.22 miles SE of Tug Hill Rd & Kickbush Hill Rd), Cattaraugus, Cattaraugus County, NY 14719 (42° 17' 28.48", – 78° 55' 30.82"). The facility will include a 146 ft (150 ft overall height) monopole telecommunications tower with (9) antennas at a centerline height of 141 ft, and associated equipment. The Towers, LLC is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal Communications Commission regulations (47 CFR § 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
