NOTICE TO

SUPPLIERS

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Director of Public Works, Room 206,

Municipal Building, PO Box 668, Olean, NY, 14760 until 1:45 PM, Thursday, May 8,

2025 for the sale of Aviation Fuel Grade 100LL and Jet A Fuel products for the period

June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026. Said bids to be publicly opened and read at the time and date aforementioned.

Office, 101 E State Street, Olean, NY or by calling (716) 376-5650 or emailing alarue@

cityofolean.org.

Each bidder shall submit his bid in a sealed envelope marked on the outside thereof:

"BID FOR

AVIATION FUEL PRODUCTS"

Only bidders on our bidder’s list will be considered. The Common Council reserves

the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to select the one it deems to be in the best

interest of the City.

The City of Olean does not accept FAX copies of bids.

An executed Non-Collusive Bidding Certification shall accompany each proposal.

Failure to provide this certification will result in not having the bid read. No bidder may

withdraw his bid for a period of 45 days after date of

opening.
