PROPANE

SUPPLIERS

The City of Olean is soliciting sealed proposals for the sale of propane for heating at the Cattaraugus County – Olean Airport, 5240 Hatch Hill Road, Hinsdale NY 14743 effective June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026.

Proposals will be received at the Office of the Director of Public Works, Municipal Building, Room 206, PO Box 668, Olean, NY, 14760, until 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 8, 2025.

Proposals must be submitted on the prescribed Proposal Form. Each proposal submitted shall be in a sealed envelope marked on the outside thereof:

“PROPOSAL FOR PROPANE”

Only bidders on our bidder’s list will be considered. The City of Olean reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities, or re-advertise if the best interest of the City of Olean will be served thereby.
