NOTICE TO DUMPSTER

CONTRACTORS

The City of Olean is soliciting sealed proposals for the rental of a 30-yard dumpster and transportation/disposal of refuse within the dumpster, to be located at Gargoyle Park, for the period June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026. Proposals will be received at the Office of the Director of Public Works, Municipal Building, Room 206, PO Box 668, Olean, NY, 14760, until 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 8, 2025.

Proposals must be submitted on the prescribed Proposal Form. Each proposal submitted shall be in a sealed envelope marked on the outside thereof:

“PROPOSAL FOR GARGOYLE PARK DUMPSTER”

The City of Olean reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities, or re-advertise if the best interest of the City of Olean will be served thereby.
