NOTICE TO

CONTRACTORS

The City of Olean is soliciting sealed proposals for the permanent repair of utility openings caused by

the City, utility companies and other contractors for the period June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026.

Proposals will be received at the Department of Public Works Office, 101 East State Street, P.O. Box 668, Olean, NY, 14760, until 4:00PM on Thursday, May 8, 2025.

Proposals must be submitted on the prescribed Proposal Form. Each proposal submitted shall be in a sealed envelope marked on the outside thereof:

"PROPOSAL FOR

PAVEMENT OPENING

REPAIRS". Only bidders on our bidder’s list will be considered responsive.

The City of Olean reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities, or re-advertise if the best interest of the City of Olean will be served thereby.
