NOTICE TO

BIDDERS

Sealed bids are requested for 2025-2026 Musical Instruments & Supplies Bid, as per specifications noted in the bid documents, to be purchased by the Yorkshire-Pioneer Central School District, P.O. Box 579, Yorkshire, New York 14173-0579.

A successful bidder will be expected to keep prices bid firm for sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening specified below, during which time the Yorkshire-Pioneer Central School District will be able to make award thereon.

Bidding documents may be obtained from the business office, Yorkshire-Pioneer Central School District, P.O. Box 579, Yorkshire, New York 14173-0579. The form of proposal is attached hereto. Sealed Bids are to be received by Mrs. Stephanie Drennan Pioneer Central School District, P.O. Box 579, Yorkshire, New York 14173-0579, (716) 492-9307 not later than 9:00 AM September 17, 2025 at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The district reserved the right to reject any or all Bids, or to waive any informalities in Bids.
