Notice To Bidders

Bids are hereby requested for the purchase of Electric for a Cooperative bid between Alden CSD, Attica CSD, Belfast CSD, Byron Bergen CSD, Clymer CSD, Friendship CSD, Genesee Valley BOCES, Greece CSD, Honeoye Falls Lima CSD, Mount Morris Fire District, Perry CSD, Village of Avon and the Village of Geneseo for the period of November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2026.

The bids must be received by 1:00 pm on September 4, 2025.

The successful bidder will be expected to keep prices for the life of the agreement November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2026.

In order to be

considered all bids must be sealed, and must be received at Purchasing Department Meg Mundry,

Buyer, Greece CSD, 750 Maiden Lane, Rochester, NY 14615 before the 1:00 pm

opening.

The Belfast Central School hereby reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
