Pursuant to a judgment of foreclosure and sale duly entered on March 11, 2025.

I, the undersigned Referee, will sell at public auction at the Cattaraugus County Clerk's Office, Cattaraugus County Center 303 Court Street, Little Valley, NY 14755 on June 10, 2025 at 12:00 PM premises known as 11046 Sandbank Road, Freedom, NY 14065.

Please take notice that this foreclosure auction shall be conducted in compliance with the Foreclosure Auction Rules for the Eighth Judicial District, Cattaraugus County, and the COVID 19 Health Emergency Rules, including proper use of masks and social distancing.

All that certain plot piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Freedom, County of Cattaraugus and State of New York. Section 14.003, Block 1 and Lot 5.6.

Approximate amount of judgment $73,605.46 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment. Index #93063.
