NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING

The Town of Allegany Zoning Board of Appeals will be holding a public hearing on September 15, 2025, at 5:00 at the Town Hall, 52 West Main Street, regarding the application for an Area Variance. The applicant, Chad Daelhousen is requesting a 20-foot area variance to pace a 16’ x 25’ shed in the same spot that the previous owner had one on the side of the garage 20’ from the property line at 1161 Two Mile Road; SBL# 103.001-1-16.

The application is in the building and zoning for review. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm.
