NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING

The Town of Allegany Planning Board will be holding a public hearing on September 8, 2025, at 5:30 at the Town Hall, 52 West Main Street, regarding Burger Kings site plans to remodel the existing Burger King at 3007 W. State Street (NY-417); SBL# 94.062-1-25

The remodel consists of full exterior façade renovation, with no change in the building footprint, and site improvements that include an additional drive through land, pavement alterations for ADA compliance, a new bun freezer location, wayfinding(directional) enhancement and

landscaping.
