PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Village of Cuba Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a

Public Hearing on the 10th day of July, 2025, at 15 Water St. at 6:00 p.m. in the Courtroom for the purpose of discussing Zoning Law 200 Attachment 1- Schedule 1- required setback for accessory buildings from sidewalk to be 10’ in the Village of Cuba in reference to preserve, protect and promote the public health, comfort, convenience, safety, welfare, and peace and quiet of the Village of Cuba and its inhabitants.
