COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL

(Pursuant to Section 506 and 526 of the NYS Real Property Tax Law)

Notice is hereby given that the Assessor for the Town/City of Olean, County of Cattaraugus, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year.

The Tentative Assessment Roll is available online May 1st at www.CattCo.org/Assessment-Rolls

The Assessor, or one of their designees, will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll:

At Olean Town Hall May 1, 2025 1-3pm & 6-8pm

At Olean Town Hall May 5, 2025 1pm-5pm

At Olean Town Hall May 17, 2025 8am-12pm

At Olean Town Hall May 22, 2025 1pm-5pm

Grievance Day is May 27, 2025 between the hours of 4pm and 8pm at Olean Town Hall, 2634 Route 16 North in said Town/City here The Board of Assessment Review will hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments on the application of any person(s) believing himself to be

aggrieved.

Last date for filing assessment grievance complaints: May 27, 2025.

The uniform percent of value as stated by the Assessor on the tentative assessment roll: 50%
