COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE

ASSESSMENT ROLL

(Pursuant to

Section 506 and 56 of the NYS Real Property Tax Law)

Notice is hereby given that the Assessor for the Town of Salamanca

County of Cattaraugus, has completed the Tentative

Assessment Roll for the current year.

The Tentative Assessment Roll is available online May 1st at www.CattCo.org/Assessment Rolls.

Assessor will be available, in person, at the Salamaanca Office Wednesday, May 7, from 8:00 to noon Assessor will be available, by phone, at 716-969-4786 the following days and hours:

May 10th from 8:00 AM to noon

May 13, from 4:00 AM to 8:00

May 21, from 1 PM to 5:00

PLEASE CALL AT THE ABOVE DATES AND TIMES WITH QUESTIONS, CONCERNS OR TO MAKE AN IN- PERSON APPOINTMENT.

Grievance Day is May 28th, 2025 between the hours of 4:00 and 8:00 PM at the Town Hall, 4295 Center St. in said Town where the Board of Assessment Review will hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments on the application of any person(s) believing himself to be aggrieved.

Late date for filing assessment grievance complaints: May 28th.

The uniform percent of value as stated by the Assessor on the tentative assessment roll: 61%
