PUBLIC HEARING ON AREA

VARIANCE

REQUEST

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Caneadea at the Town Hall, 8911 State Route 19, Caneadea, New York, at 6:30 P.M. on May 20, 2025 concerning an area variance to develop a campground as defined in the Town Zoning Law. Specifically, they seek relief from the 300-foot setback from adjoining property boundaries and roads. Applicants Keith and Cheryl Kozminski seek this variance for the property they own at 7616 County Rte. 49 in Caneadea, Tax Parcel 78.-1-56.4.

At such time and place all persons interested in the subject matter of the proposed area variance will be heard concerning the same.
