The basis of the venue designated above is the location of the Mortgaged Premises. TO Unknown Heirs of George E. Reynolds, Unknown Heirs of Mildred M. Pauley AKA Mildred M. Cooper, Unknown Heirs of Alvin V. Reynolds, JR. Defendants In this Action. The foregoing Supplemental Summons is served upon you by publication, pursuant to an order of HON. Terrence M. Parker of the Supreme Court Of The State Of New York, dated the First day of May, 2025 and filed with the Complaint in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Cattaraugus, in the City of Little Valley. The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below, executed by Alvin V. Reynolds, Sr. (who died on January 12, 2011, a resident of the county of Cattaraugus, State of New York) and Joyce A. Reynolds (who died on August 18, 2010, a resident of the county of Cattaraugus, State of New York) dated the March 26, 2008, to secure the sum of $42,000.00 and recorded at Instrument No. 100177-001 in the Office of the Cattaraugus County Clerk on April 21, 2008. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed March 22, 2010 and recorded on May 7, 2010, in the Office of the Cattaraugus County Clerk at Instrument Number 139928-001. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed April 4, 2013 and recorded on March 18, 2015, in the Office of the Cattaraugus County Clerk at Instrument Number 233473-001. The property in question is described as follows: 56 MAIN STREET, RANDOLPH, NY 14772 NOTICE YOU ARE IN DANGER OF LOSING YOUR HOME If you do not respond to this summons and complaint by serving a copy of the answer on the attorney for the mortgage company who filed this Foreclosure proceeding against you and filing the answer with the court, a default judgment may be entered and you can lose your home.
