Sections 9.0.2 and 9.1.6 of the Zoning Law of the City of Olean, a public hearing will be held on the date and time specified above in connection with applications that have been filed and received by the Planning Board of the City of Olean for a special use permit and a preliminary site plan review and approval of a project at the above noted location.

Copies of the special use permit and preliminary site plan applications are on file for inspection in the City Clerk’s office of the City of Olean.
