Please take notice that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Westons Mills Fire District did on June 9, 2025 adopt a Resolution #25-08 to accept a bid proposal from C.H. Phoenix Construction of Olean, NY for $33,260 to complete the floor drain repair project with the usage of funds from the Board’s Building Reserve account. The bid includes added on options of galvanized steel grating and angle and an upgraded PSI concrete that has a faster cure time. Motion was made by T. Everetts 2nd by R. Howard with all members voting aye. This resolution will become effective on July 9th 2025 unless prior to that date, a referendum is received by the undersigned board secretary that is signed by 25% of the owners of taxable real property in the Fire District, requesting a vote by the qualified voters of the Fire District.
