Legal Notice of Public Hearing

The Common Council of the City of Olean, New York has scheduled a Public Hearing for Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Olean Municipal Building. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on proposed Local Law #03-2025, to enact a Local Law adopting zoning provisions for Battery Energy Storage Systems.
