NOTICE that the Franklinville Village Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on June 9, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Franklinville Village Hall located at 19 Pennsylvania Avenue, Franklinville, NY 14737

regarding a proposed local law to amend the Village Zoning Laws to add Short-Term Rentals as allowed by Special Use Permit in the R-2 Multiple Family Residential District. A copy of the aforesaid proposed Local Law can be viewed by the Public at the Franklinville Village Clerk’s Office

located at 19 Pennsylvania Avenue, Franklinville, NY 14737 during regular business hours of the

Franklinville Village
