LEGAL NOTICE

I, Sally J. Hadley, Collector of Taxes for the Cattaraugus-Little Valley Central School District, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes. Such taxes may be paid by mail only at the School District Office located at the Cattaraugus School Campus OR in person at the Cattaraugus County Bank in Little Valley or Bank of Cattaraugus during the month of September. During the month of October, taxes may be paid by mail only to the School District Office.

Taxes may be paid on or before September 30, 2025 without penalty. On all taxes received from October 1 through October 31, 2025 there will be added a 2% penalty. No taxes will be received after October 31, 2025. Unpaid school taxes will be relevied with your Town and County taxes in January 2026 with an increased rate of interest.
