PUBLIC HEARING ON

PRELIMINARY BUDGET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 3 and related sections of Chapter 263 of the Laws of 1981, the Board of Commissioners of the Cuba Lake District will hold a public hearing on the preliminary budget for the District for the year 2026 at which all who wish may be heard.

To date, time and place of such public hearing will be as follows:

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that a copy of the preliminary budget for 2026 is available at the Cuba Lake District Office at 5962 West Shore Rd. in Cuba, New York, where it shall be inspected by any interested person during regular

office hours.
