COLLECTOR’S NOTICE

I have received the tax roll and warrant for collection of school taxes for Central School District No. 1 of the Towns of Portville and Olean, Cattaraugus County and Clarksville and Genesee, Allegany County, New York and will collect as follows: September 1-October 31, 2025 payment can be made by mailing tax payment to: Portville Central School, P.O. Box 177, Warsaw, NY 14569 or in person during the hours of 9:00 am through 4:00 pm Monday – Thursday and 9:00 am through 5:00 pm Friday at Five Star Bank, 124 West State St., Olean, NY 14760, where the tax bill and payment can be placed into the designated lock-box for the Portville Central School District. Cash payments for Portville Central School District taxes may be converted to a cashier’s check, for a fee, at Five Star Bank, 124 West State Street, Olean, NY 14760. The cashier’s check and tax bill should be placed in an envelope, sealed, and placed in the designated lockbox for the Portville Central School District. Taxes will not be collected on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. A two percent fee will be added for payments made from October 1 – October 31. The last day for receiving tax payments will be

October 31, 2025. Taxes not paid by that date will be

returned to the County Treasurer for re-levy.
