Olean Zoning Board of Appeals

A public hearing will be held on August 27, 2025 at 5:50 pm in the Council Chambers of the Olean Municipal Building to consider a Special Use Home Occupation Permit request by Lynneesa Mitchell for a non-profit animal shelter at 129 N. 3rd Street. This request will vary from the requirements of Article 28, Section 4.2.2 of the City of Olean Zoning Law. All interested parties are
