NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

Olean Zoning Board of Appeals

A public hearing will be held on July 23, 2025 at 5:47 pm in the Council Chambers at the Olean Municipal Building to consider an Area Variance request to build a garage 10 feet off the public right of way varying from the required 20 feet at 361 Fountain Street. This request will vary from the requirements of Article 28, Section 4.1.3 of the City of Olean Zoning Law. All interested parties are invited to attend.
