NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

Olean Zoning Board of Appeals

A public hearing will be held on June 25, 2025 at 5:47 pm in the Council Chambers at the Olean Municipal Building to consider an Area Variance request to construct a 6’ high privacy fence along the southern property line of 111 N. 14th Street. This request will vary from the requirements of Article 28, Section 10.7.5 of the City of Olean Zoning Law. All interested parties are invited to attend.
