NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

Olean Zoning Board of Appeals

A public hearing will be held on June 11, 2025 at 5:47 pm in the Council Chambers at the Olean Municipal Building to consider an Area Variance request to vary from the 15’ setback requirements to an 8’ setback for a front covered porch at 213 Winters Ave. This request will vary from the requirements of Article 6, Section 6.1 of the City of Olean Zoning Law. All interested parties are invited to attend.
