NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

Olean Zoning Board of Appeals

A public hearing will be held on April 23, 2025 at 5:47 pm in the Council Chambers at the Olean Municipal Building to consider an Area Variance request by O’Reilly Auto Enterprises to vary from the setback requirements for the parking lot of a new retail building. This request will vary from the requirements of Article 10, Section 10.3-1 of the City of Olean Zoning Law. All interested parties are invited to attend.
