OLEAN — Southern Tier Catholic School students shared the true meaning of Christmas during their Live Nativity Celebration Saturday, held as part of the Olean Chamber of Commerce Jingle Bell Jubilee at Lincoln Park.

Students, families, and friends gathered to honor the Holy Family and celebrate the birth of

Jesus Christ. The live Nativity featured students portraying Mary, Joseph, angels, wisemen and

shepherds, along with live animals including chickens and a goat. Several young infants took

turns portraying Baby Jesus throughout the event, delighting visitors and adding a special

warmth to the experience.

Southern Tier Catholic School was thrilled to bring this meaningful tradition to life for the Olean

community and extends sincere appreciation to everyone whose support and cooperation made

the event possible. The celebration concluded with a festive visit from Mr. and Mrs. Claus,

adding to the joyful spirit of the afternoon.
