Olean Mayor Bill Aiello (right) former Mayor John Ash (from left) and Olean Beautification Committee Chairman John Balacki presents the key to the city to Robert Lehman on Friday at the Olean Senior Center. Lehman was recognized as the city's Volunteer of the Year for his work with the beautification committee. Aiello also presented the Olean Senior League with a special proclamation marking the 70th anniversary of the group.
