OLEAN — Robert Mazza of Mazza Paving and Seal Coating in Portville announces he has acquired Premo Limousine Service of WNY LLC.

With more than 35 years in transportation, Premo is a valued part of the Southern Tier. Founded by David Carucci in 2006, it expanded into Empire Coach Lines, which closed in 2022. Medicaid medical transportation now drives the company’s strategic growth.

Medical transportation services ensure safe travel to healthcare providers for Medicaid-eligible individuals. Without them, Southern Tier residents would need to rely on public transportation.

Premo also specializes in airport transport as well as casino and wine tours, plus transportation to Bills and Sabres games.
