Bonnies finalize roster with addition of Buckley
ST. BONAVENTURE – St. Bonaventure University women’s basketball head coach Jim Crowley has announced the signing of Kylie Buckley to the roster for the 2025-26 season.
Buckley, a 6-0 forward, joins the Bonnies after spending last season at Oakland in the Horizon League.
“Kylie is someone we have known for a long time, and she is very familiar with our program and St Bonaventure. She is a physical presence and an effective scorer around the rim. Kylie will bring experience and toughness to our team.”
She appeared in 31 games in 2024-25, making 10 starts for the Golden Grizzlies. She averaged 4.3 points and 2.9 rebounds in just over 14 minutes per game while shooting 74 percent from the free throw line. Buckley posted a season-high 15 points on 5-of-9 shooting against Youngstown State.
Buckley began her collegiate career at Little Three rival Niagara where she appeared in all 30 games off the bench as a freshman, averaging 8.3 minutes per game. She chipped in 2.7 points per contest, scoring a career-best 15 points and adding five rebounds against Stonehill.
A native of Livonia, N.Y., Buckley was a standout player at Livonia High School where she was the school’s all-time leading scorer with 1,864 career points.
