    Police reports 6/24/25

    Olean Police

    • Tuesday, 7:50 a.m., Nicholas Anthony Patrone, 28, of 704 Washington St., was charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child, a class A misdemeanor. Patrone was released with an appearance ticket.

    Salamanca Police 

    • Monday, 8:39 p.m., Elijah Ground, 33, of Salamanca, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, class A misdemeanors; and disorderly conduct, a violation. Ground was held pending arraignment.
    • Tuesday, 11:05 a.m., Hilton Johnny-John, 32, of Salamanca, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration is suspended/revoked, an unclassified misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction. Johnny-John was released with an appearance ticket. 

    Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office

    • MACHIAS — Dennis P. Strader Jr., 52, of Springville, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. Thursday on a warrant issued out of Arcade Town Court. Strader was turned over to the Arcade Police Department.
    • FRANKLINVILLE — Dominique A. White, 28, of Franklinville, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. Friday on a bench warrant issued out of Cheektowaga City Court. White was turned over to the Cheektowaga Police Department.
    • ASHFORD — Justin D. Kulczycki, 26, of Machias, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. Friday on a warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court. Kulczycki was additionally charged with resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, class A misdemeanors. Kulczycki was released with appearance tickets.
    • COLDSPRING — Hanna Brown, 43, of Napoli, was charged at 9 p.m. Friday with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, unclassified misdemeanors. Brown was released with an appearance ticket.

    New York State Police

    • WELLSVILLE — A two-vehicle accident was reported at 10:41 a.m. Monday on Route 417. Dale M. Perry, 65, of Andover, and Kristien A. Ives, 41, of Wellsville, were identified as the drivers. One injury was reported.
    • RANDOLPH — A 17-year-old Randolph resident was charged at 1:07 p.m. Monday with third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony. The juvenile was released with an appearance ticket.
    • YORKSHIRE — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 8:49 p.m. Monday on Creek Road. Mackenzie B. Dashnaw, 23, of Freedom, was identified as the driver. One injury was reported.
    • ALLEGANY — Michael P. Scholl, 47, of Genesee, was charged at 10:06 p.m. Monday with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Scholl was released to a third party.
    • WELLSVILLE — Curtis D. Hall, 40, of Wellsville, was charged at 10:30 p.m. Monday with third-degree assault and second-degree criminal contempt, class A misdemeanors. Hall was held pending arraignment.
    • ALLEGANY — Ashley L. Spencer, 31, of Allegany, was charged at 10:34 p.m. Monday with four counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Spencer was released with an appearance ticket.
