    Police reports 6/23/25

    Olean Police

    • Friday, 4:09 p.m., no injuries were reported following a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of North First and Laurens streets. A vehicle operated by Michael E. Scott, 72, of South 16th Street, reportedly backed into a vehicle operated by Erin N. Bradley, 24, of Cuba, causing damage. Scott was subsequently cited for unsafe backing and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, infractions.

    Salamanca Police 

    • Thursday, 1:18 a.m., Mitchell L. Richardson, 24, of Salamanca, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08% or greater, unclassified misdemeanors; false personation, a class B misdemeanor; failure to keep right and failure to use designated lane, infractions. Richardson was released with an appearance ticket.
    • Friday, 9:49 a.m., Dusti L. Ginnery, 38, of Salamanca, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Ginnery was released with an appearance ticket.
    • Friday, 6:47 p.m., Crystal A. Witter, 39, of Portville, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Salamanca City Court. Witter was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail and held in lieu of bail.

    Wellsville Police

    • Saturday, no time provided, Linda L. Patterson, 51, of Wellsville, was charged with second-degree burglary, a class C felony, and third-degree criminal tampering, a class B misdemeanor. The charges stem from an incident reported Friday on Washington Street. Patterson was remanded to Allegany County Jail and held pending arraignment.
    • Sunday, no time provided, Lisa G. Poore, 60, of Wellsville, was charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, a class E felony; failure to keep right, refusal to take a breath test and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, infractions. Poore was remanded to Allegany County Jail and held pending arraignment.
    • Sunday, no time provided, Bryent A.K. Scotchmer, 31, of Scio, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Wellsville Village Court. Scotchmer was remanded to Allegany County Jail and held pending arraignment.
    • Sunday, no time provided, Kevin J. Tyler, 53, of Andover, was charged with public lewdness, a class B misdemeanor. The charge stems from an incident reported on North Main Street. Tyler was released with an appearance ticket.
    • Sunday, no time provided, Daniel E. Fronczak, 49, of Belmont, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Fronczak was released with an appearance ticket.
    • Sunday, no time provided, Rachel E. Simon, 37, of Wellsville, was charged with second-degree menacing, a class A misdemeanor. Simon was remanded to Allegany County Jail and held pending arraignment.

    Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office

    • OLEAN — Jorge Fletcha, 30, no address provided, was arrested at 12:56 p.m. June 17 on a New York State parole warrant. Fletcha was transported to Cattaraugus County Jail and held pending further court proceedings.
    • SALAMANCA — Jesse E. Martin, 42, of Little Valley, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. Wednesday on a bench warrant issued out of Salamanca Town Court. Martin was released on his own recognizance.
    • SALAMANCA — Kayla M. Greene, 20, of Salamanca, was arrested at 5:27 p.m. Wednesday on a felony bench warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court. Greene was transported to Cattaraugus County Jail and held pending further court proceedings.
    • OLEAN — Casey R. Gilcrease, 33, of Olean, was charged at 11:43 p.m. Wednesday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while registration is suspended/revoked, unclassified misdemeanors; uninspected motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, infractions. Gilcrease was also found to have an active warrant issued out of Allegany Village Court and was turned over to the Allegany Police Department.
    • CARROLLTON — Shawn Laney, 30, of Olean, was charged at 4:40 a.m. Thursday with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving, unclassified misdemeanors; speeding, refusal to take a breath test and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway, infractions. Laney was released with an appearance ticket.
    • RANDOLPH — Kalib A. Rader, 18, of Randolph, was charged at 7:07 p.m. Thursday with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Rader was released with an appearance ticket.
    • FRANKLINVILLE — Kyle E. Cooper, 32, of Great Valley, was arrested at 6:20 a.m. Friday on a felony bench warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court. Cooper was transported to Cattaraugus County Jail and held pending further court proceedings.

    New York State Police

    • AMITY — Robert W. Ryan, 29, of Dayton, Ohio, was charged at 10:48 a.m. Friday with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor; and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Ryan was held pending arraignment.
    • OLEAN — Casey Jo Quigley, 36, of Olean, was charged at 11:40 a.m. Friday with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08% or greater, unclassified misdemeanors. Quigley was released with an appearance ticket.
    • ALMA — A 16-year-old Allentown resident was charged at noon Friday with sexual misconduct, a class A misdemeanor. The youth was released with a family court appearance ticket.
    • ALLEGANY — Desiree J. Smith, 27, of Olean, was charged at 12:47 p.m. Friday with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Sith was released with an appearance ticket.
    • SCIO — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 7:41 p.m. Friday on Route 10. Stephen Anthony Balconi, 21, of Dansville, was identified as the driver. One injury was reported.
    • CLARKSVILLE — Zoe E. Dieter, 19, of Cuba, was charged at 7:07 a.m. Saturday with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08% or greater, unclassified misdemeanors. The charges stem from the investigation of a one-vehicle accident on Route 305. One injury was reported. Dieter was released with an appearance ticket.
    • OLEAN — Jessica Lea Beyer, 35, and Brian D. Johnston, 47, both of Olean, were charged at 10:23 a.m. Saturday with fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, class E felonies. Beyer and Johnston were released with appearance tickets.
    • PORTVILLE — Joseph Davidson, 51, no address provided, was charged at 12:09 p.m. Saturday with petit larceny and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, class A misdemeanors. Davidson was released with an appearance ticket.
    • SCIO — Derek W. Tyler-Lockwood, 35, of Cuba, was charged at 3:10 p.m. Saturday with third-degree burglary and third-degree grand larceny, class D felonies. The charges stem from an incident reported April 16. Tyler-Lockwood was held pending arraignment.
    • BIRDSALL — Wendy L. Ludolph, 46, of Fillmore, was charged at 4:20 p.m. Saturday with third-degree criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor. Ludolph was released with an appearance ticket.
    • YORKSHIRE — Samantha A. Guizzotti, 32 of Arcade, was charged at 7:46 p.m. Saturday with acting in a manner injurious to a child, a class A misdemeanor. Guizzotti was released with an appearance ticket.
    • YORKSHIRE — Jeremy M. Wawrzyński, 38, of Holland, was charged at 3:45 p.m. Sunday with petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, class A misdemeanors. Wawrzynski was released with an appearance ticket.
    • GOWANDA — Cory Austin, 45, of Gowanda, was charged at 10:34 p.m. Sunday with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, class E felonies. Austin was released with an appearance ticket.
