Maple Ave. work to begin June 30 in Machias

MACHIAS — The Cattaraugus County Department of Public Works will close County Route 62, also known as Maple Avenue, in the town of Machias between Route 242 and Union Street from June 30 to Nov. 24.

The closure is for the replacement of cross culverts. An off-site detour will be posted for vehicular traffic.
