Salamanca 60-Plus Center announces activities
SALAMANCA — The Salamanca Area 60+ Center is for all people in and around Cattaraugus County, including Great Valley, Little Valley and Randolph, who are over 60 years old.
The center is open five days a week from 9 a.m. to noon, plus weekly activities.
Movie night is the first Thursday of the month. Free lunch is available for members on Fridays.
Upcoming activities include:
Tuesday
- 11 a.m. Bible study; Revelations with Terry Davis
Wednesday
- 1-3 p.m. Crafty Ladies craft group with Lorraine Prusinowski. Bring a craft to work on.
- 4 p.m. Bible study with Jim Leasky
Friday
- 11 a.m. Bingo. Bingo will be held on the second and fourth Fridays.
- Noon Lunch with Terry Davis; pot luck lunch, bring a dish to pass.
Thursday, July 3 will be movie night at 6 p.m., showing “Fairy Tale: A True Story. There will be free popcorn.
The center is also available to rent for all your special events like weddings, graduations, birthday parties, etc.
