    FCS senior Shea Smith commits to play football at Buffalo State

    Franklinville Central School is proud to announce that senior Shea Smith has officially committed to play football at Buffalo State University, where he will also pursue a degree in English education.

    Shea played a key role on the FE Titans football team, starting at center and defensive tackle. His impact and leadership earned him a first-round selection to represent the Titans at the 2025 Big 30 All-Star Football Game.

    In addition to his football accomplishments, Shea has been a captain and pivotal member of the varsity wrestling team, showcasing his strength and determination across multiple sports. He also contributes to the school band and remains active in academic excellence as a member of both the National Honor Society. He has consistently earned a place on the High Honor Roll.

    Shea was named Maple King during the 61st Annual WNY Maple Festival, held in Franklinville.

    Franklinville Central congratulates and celebrates Shea’s achievements and wishes him continued success in his academic and athletic pursuits at Buffalo State.
