Police reports 6/13/25
Olean Police
- Monday, 1:15 p.m., no injuries were reported following a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of North Union Street and the Olean Center Mall entrance. A vehicle operated by Suzanne L. Smith, 67, of Salamanca, was attempting to enter the traffic circle when it reportedly struck a vehicle operated by Robert L. Martin, 78, of North 24th Street. Smith was subsequently cited for failure to yield right-of-way, an infraction.
Salamanca Police
- Thursday, 7 a.m., Dana J. Ray, 29, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Ray was released with an appearance ticket.
- Thursday, 4:02 p.m., Autumn N. White, 28, of Steamburg, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. White was also arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Salamanca City Court. White was held pending arraignment.
- Thursday, 10:42 p.m., Bryan Acosta, 38, of Salamanca, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Salamanca City Court. Acosta was released with an appearance ticket.
New York State Police
- MACHIAS — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 5:33 p.m. Wednesday on Krepps Road. Brittany L. Harrison, 35, of Machias, was identified as the driver. One injury was reported.
- LITTLE VALLEY — An 18-year-old Delevan resident was charged at 10:44 a.m. Thursday with promoting a sexual performance by a child under 17, a class D felony, and possessing a sexual performance by a child under 16, a class E felony. The charges stem from an incident reported March 6. The suspect was released with an appearance ticket.
- WELLSVILLE — Timothy J. Porcuri, 21, of Wellsville, was charged at 4:40 p.m. Thursday with second-degree rape/sexual contact with a person under 15, a class D felony, and acting in a manner injurious to a child, a class A misdemeanor. The charges stem from an incident reported May 24. Porcuri was held pending arraignment.
- ANGELICA — Holly L. Harrington, 51, of Angelica, was charged at 11:37 p.m. Thursday with petit larceny, resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, class A misdemeanors. Harrington was released with an appearance ticket.
- ALLEGANY — Victor A. Buchalski, 33, of Olean, was charged at 12:20 a.m. Friday with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Buchalski was turned over to another agency.
