Olean Police
- Friday, 8:34 a.m., Gavin Leon Gebauer, 24, no permanent address, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor. The charge stems from an incident during which Gebauer was allegedly inside a dumpster when it was dumped into a garbage truck. Gebauer was released with an appearance ticket.
Wellsville Police
- Tuesday, no time provided, Austin J. Murphy, 20, of Angelica, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Wellsville Village Court. Murphy was additionally charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and speed in zone, an infraction. Murphy was transported to Allegany County Jail and held pending further court proceedings.
- Wednesday, no time provided, Adrian M. Derosa, 35, of Wellsville, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. The charge stems from an incident reported at Giant Food Mart. Derosa was released with an appearance ticket.
- Thursday, no time provided, Patrick W. Gallagher Jr., 33, of Wellsville, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony. The charges stem from an incident reported May 23 on Pine Street. Gallagher was transported to Allegany County Jail and held pending further court proceedings.
Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office
- CONEWANGO — Bryan J. Farmer, 53, of Leon, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday on a warrant issued out of Niagara County Court. Farmer was turned over to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office.
- OLEAN — John Kieran, 47, of Olean, was arrested at 11:25 a.m. Wednesday on a warrant. Kieran was released on his own recognizance.
New York State Police
- BOLIVAR — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 2:45 p.m. Thursday on McKee Road. William D. Manry, 46, of Portville, was identified as the driver. One injury was reported.
- SCIO — Randy R. Abel, 36, of Wellsville, was charged at 6:30 p.m. Thursday with acting in a manner injurious to a child, a class A misdemeanor. Abel was held pending arraignment.
