The CCAA Track and Field Championships were held on May 17 and May 18 with Allegany-Limestone bringing home the most glory, winning both the girls and boys’ Division 2 titles.
Individual event winners for the Gators included Kamil Milliner running an 11.43 to win the boys 100 meter dash, and Caitlyn Kellogg taking the girls long jump with a 16-04.00.
Ryanna Brady was another local standout with the Salamanca product winning the 3000 meter run (11:06:86).
Out of the six Division 1 teams, Olean finished fourth among the boys and fifth in the girls. For Division 2, Salamanca finished second for the girls and the boys finished third.
The combined team of Franklinville and Ellicottville came just short of the A-L boys, scoring 120 team points to A-L’s 122.
