OLEAN — Orders for the city’s Hometown Heroes banner program are open through Dec. 15.
To purchase a banner, pick up an application at the Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce office, 301 N. Union St. To qualify, provide proof of Olean residency, a photo of the veteran and check $150 payable to the Enchanted Mountains Exchange Club.
