Town of Wirt Board Vacancy. The Town of Wirt is seeking a Councilmember to sit on the Town Board effective July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Applicants must be a resident of the Town of Wirt, at least 18 years of age, and may optionally run in November's election for a 4-year term beginning January 1, 2027. Councilmembers typically attend meetings once or twice a month, with monthly meetings scheduled on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 pm in the Town Hall in Richburg. Salary is $110/month.
